• All vehicles are non-smoking.
• All limos are maintained in immaculate condition and we expect our clients to treat them that way. If any cleaning is required besides routine vacuuming, wiping down, & cleaning glasses, your credit card will be charged. Excessive cleaning charges start at $200.
• Client is responsible for damages to the rented vehicle committed by his/her party during service (either accidentally or intentional).
• Any customer conducting illegal activities in any vehicles will be subject to forfeiture of service with no refund.
• In case of misconduct by your party, the driver has the right to terminate this agreement without any refunds.
• Client assures no alcoholic beverages will be consumed in the vehicles by those who are under the age of 21.
• Client agrees that the passenger capacity of the rented vehicle shall not be exceeded.
• The Company reserves the right to substitute other vehicles (including those of other operators) for all or part of the hiring subject to such substitutes being of at least equivalent quality.
• In the event of a breakdown, traffic congestion, or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Company, trips may take longer than predicted. In those circumstances the Company will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by the hirer as a result.
• Rhoads Limousine has standardized point-to-point rates that provide flat rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports.
• The drivers monitor all commercial flights; therefore, wait time is not charged for any passenger arriving on a commercial airline.
• Private flights are not monitored, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving on a private plane that is delayed by more than 10 minutes.
• Rhoads Limousine does not monitor train schedules, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving by train that is delayed by more than 10 minutes.
• Cancellation of sedans within two (2) hours of scheduled pick-up time will be charged in full.
- If originally paid by credit card, a 5% fee of the base rate will be charged to cover credit card processing fees.
• A 'no show' fee is equal to the charge in full.
• To avoid a 'no show' fee call 1-800-528-3569 if you cannot locate your sedan.
• Cancellation of motor coaches with less than 72 hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum.
• Cancellation of Limousines/ SUV’s/ Vans/ Minibuses/ Limo Buses and Stretch SUV’s with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum or the full charge of the point-to-point rate.
• Rhoads Limousine shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
• Rhoads Limousine assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.
• Payment terms–net 30 days.
• A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required within 14 days of booking to confirm reservation. The balance is due two full weeks prior to event.
• It is the client’s responsibility to verify via e-mail, fax or mail any and all details, including directions, one week prior to event.
• Client is responsible for full payment of any overtime charges beyond the original agreement.
• Rhoads is not responsible for any stops, drop-offs, etc. that was not clearly stated in reservation.
• Any complaints in respect of the Company’s services should be made in writing to the Company’s office within 14 days.
